What’s up everyone! Thank you for coming on the channel. This is my first, what I eat in a day video Vlog. I not only show what I eat but how I prepare the foods and a couple other daily activities. I hope everyone enjoys the video. This is only a snapshot of what I eat. I do consume plant foods if I desire so I will continue to make these videos to give you a better idea as to all of the different kinds of foods I eat.
I was very strict raw primal for roughly 6 months. Now that I feel much better and my digestion is working well I’m less strict and don’t limit myself to what I desire to eat. I am not a “strict carnivore” that only consumes meat and water, I don’t like feeling limited if I want something else.
