Breakfast: the most/least important, bla bla…but what do you all mostly do?

I’ve not eaten breakfast on my big week of zc but today I tucked in to a 6 oz ribeye with an egg cooked in bacon fat. Just felt some hunger (5 on a 0-10 scale) and thought that I might as well eat now and feel full through chores/errands though I probably will not be hungry for lunch.

Curious—how many of you are breakfast eaters? And how many times per day do you eat, generally?

Maybe it’s due to my coffee taper. I’m down to 1 4oz cup with caffeine and 3 without.
