I've stated eating like this. I used to be raw vegan but quit because of stomach problems, severe depression and suicidal ideation. I've also stated to notice reactions to foods since I ate lots of mono meals. I avoid grains and plant oils. I may have an allergy but I've never been tested. Wheat and corn especially. I've wondered if I may be celiac. When I eat wheat I spend a few days with horrible stomach cramps and vomiting. Even trace amounts bother me. I have to read lables too. Corn makes me brake out into a rash and some times swell up. Plant oils cause the same problems wheat does. I was told I had gallstones but it doesn't make sense. I'm eating tons of animal products now and I'm completly fine. I really think it was the grains. I stopped eating them and the stomach pain went away. Haven't had any since then.

My goal is to only eat the carbs i need for potassium. For whatever reason my heart rhythms are incredibly needy of quite a bit of potassium. If I eat a cup of avocado and a 3C frozen spinach smoothie each day, that seems to keep my palpitations & tachycardia away. Maybe one day i wont need as much? I’ve been keto one year. I feel so much better at almost 48.
I’m going to check out your other videos!

Tracy, what about Vitamin C? I wonder why humans don't manufacture Vit. C, if we were not meant to eat lots of fruits, for example? My grandmother was born in 1912. She was a big meat eater. She loved butter. Way back she followed Adelle Davis, and I believe in the 70's Dr. Atkins came out with first low carb book. She followed his low carb eating plan. A big steak with a slice of tomato, or eggs and bacon for breakfast. A big ground meat patty for lunch with a tiny bit of broccoli or tomato and cottage cheese, always butter with everything. But, unfortunately she did end up develping dementia/Alzheimers and died not knowing anyone and refused to eat, so was starving herself. No fun! My dad also loved to eat a similar diet. He could eat meat, eggs, steak, butter and cottage cheese all day and never got tired of it. He and my grandma liked the meat rare cooked. Now, my dad had a major heart attack at age 43. The only reason he survived was that he happened to be visiting the hospital and collapsed in the actual hospital. After the heart attack, he always had to take it easy. He lost his strength. He eventually died from stroke and heart failure along with other serious health issues.
