Keto Parmesan Crusted Pork Steak

2 Pounds Pork Butt Steaks (Shoulder) or 2 pounds of pork chops
Black Pepper
Granulated Garlic
2 large Eggs beaten
A few tablespoons parmesan
½ Cup Olive Oil

1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Season both sides of pork steak
3. Dredge in egg mixture
4. Coat in parmesan
5. Season both sides of pork steak again
Heat up oil in pan on medium heat
6. Brown each side of pork for 1-2 minutes
7. Place on pre greased cookie sheet and put in oven for 40 minutes flipping pork half way through. Bake until pork reaches 165F

This recipe is great with my Lemon Dill Brown Butter Sauce!
