Anybody else love eating cold/refridgerated grass-fed ground beef?


Been eating grass-fed lean ground beef and wild salmon but I must say cooking up a batch of grass-fed ground beef and tossing it in the fridge for a little while/overnight and eating it cold has become something of the norm for me. I don’t know why but I love the taste even more than if it was warm/hot/recently cooked. Maybe I’m just weird, who knows lol.
