Anxiety is back week6

I have been suffering from anxiety most of my adult life. Started this diet 6 weeks ago and in the begining of week 5 i felt amazing. Not completly anxiety free, but the best i felt i years, maybe ever. The last couple of days i have felt the anxiety creeping back and today is pretty bad. My sleep and digestion seems to be worse as well. Is this normal and part a part of the adaptation?? Thanks
