New to zero carb Reddit


Sup I’m new to Reddit zero carb, i read the rules for newbies so I won’t pester about this long
. I’M 5ft10 and a half, 210 pound 19 year old, i gym 3 days a week doing a reverse pyramid routine, so if I continue on zero carb will it be possible me for me to get a flat stomach with decent ab tonality ? Again I’m a strict carnivore who eats purely meat and drinks sparkling water.
