CHALLENGES on a CARNIVORE or PRIMAL DIET (LOW ENERGY, CRAMPING, SMELLY)



In this video I share some of the issues I’ve experienced while practicing a carnivorous and primal style diet. A carnivore style diet generally consists of purely eating muscle meat, organ meats, eggs and animal fat (some will consume small amounts of dairy) while a more primal approach includes the foods listed above with raw dairy and small amounts of fruit.
