For those that are new to my channel. By August 2018 – I had lost a total of 40 pounds. Then gained back 12 pounds a few months later due to binge eating. While doing the carnivore diet. I was able to lose 9 of the 12 pounds that I had gained back. Actually, I gained muscle and looked leaner quickly. I went from 139.6 pounds to 130 pounds. See my video to find out why I quit.
