So since I (F34) discovered this sub a couple days ago, I decided to give it a try saturday. I felt good. But I think I would like to try for a longer period of time. Of course it’s pretty obvious what not to eat but if you guys have any advice on how to start (I’m already pretty much keto, I don’t eat grains, nor processed food, I don’t drink alcool) I’d really appreciate. Also, what supplements are recommended on this diet? Do you do cold cuts? Do you only have organic meat? Do you do yogurt? I lift weights 2-3 times a week and do yoga. Thanks in advance.
