OMAD or…


Hey all, got a quick question.

I have been doing this for about 3 weeks, and I’ve been doing OMAD on days I work, (I work nights). I noticed I’m averaging around 800-1000 calories a day when I do this. I eat all I can, till stuffed.

However, I do not get hungry, but I’m also a seasoned faster. So, I’m wondering if I should even do OMAD, cause of the low calorie intake.

I’m doing this way of eating to lose weight, and I just feel really good on it.

starting weight: 310 (since starting carnivore)

As of now: 291.


Any help in this area is appreciated.
