Using ghee?

I haven’t told my nutritionist about my zerocarb diet yet, but she’s recommended ghee to cook my food, maybe olive oil, while avoiding vegetable oil at all cost.

My father, whom i live with and is borderline peskatarian, considers ghee to be cholesterol incarnate and wants to get me back on the greens.

Interested in hearing what this subreddit has to say about ghee.
