Glucose increases tumor growth. High blood sugars can increase the risk of breast cancer. PET scans detect where cancers are due to the fact that they eat sugar.

WHAT TO DO:
1. Avoid all sugars
2. Consume cruciferous
3. Consume all organic foods
4. Garlic is the #1 food for cancer in that studies show the most positive impact.
5. Get a good amount of vitamin D from the sun.
