Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you some easy healthy snacks for when you’re hungry! they are vegan paleo recipes that taste delish!

AB&J Quesadilla
2 tbsp frozen raspberries

1 tbsp almond butter (or any other nut or seed butter)

Cucumber Logs
1/2 cucumber
1 tbsp vegan cream cheese
few walnuts

Roasted Cashews

1 tbsp avocado oil https://amzn.to/2taPtqW
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp chaga or any other superfood (optional) I use Four Sigmatic

Sesame Green Beans
1 cup steamed green beans (optional)

1 tbsp avocado oil
1/4 tsp sesame seeds

Protein Cookie Bites
2/3 Cup protein powder (I used vanilla from LivWell)
1/3 Cup coconut flour https://amzn.to/2Gd5ogW

2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 Cup almond milk
3 Tbsp Mini dairy-free chocolate chips
Press into pan and chill 15-20 minutes, then cut into bites.

Avocado Smoothie
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp ground flax
1/4 cup cauliflower
1 cup almond milk
scoop of collagen (optional)
