I’m only 5 days into zerocarb but I have a blood test tomorrow. I only recently noticed I’ve got most of the symptoms for low testosterone and have done all my life. I’ve never had it checked out coz well for most of my life I didn’t give a shit. But over the last few years I’ve been tryin to live better and have been doin great no alcohol no drugs no violence and recently I stopped smokin again. I still have anxiety depression n paranoia but I figure if I’m right and my bloods comfirm that I am under the average I can get on trt which has been known to take away some mental problems. Anyway what I’m askin is could this diet affect my blood test?
